JAPAN – NEW GINZA HEADQUARTERS
We are delighted to announce that Ferrari Japan has inaugurated its brand new Headquarters: located in the Ginza/Kyobashi area of Tokyo, the new premises welcome Japanese and international clients in a light-filled atmosphere, decorated with Italian design touches.
We were honored by a visit by the whole Italian Embassy in Japan team: the Italian Ambassador visited the premises together with the Consul and the First Secretary.
Congratulations to the whole Ferrari Group Team in Japan for the amazing efforts and dedication!
The strategic and commercial plans to strengthen and support business expansion within the Japanese market have brought about some important re-organization changes in the local offices structures, in order to enhance the Group’s local presence and growth:
_the new HQ will house the local Customer Service, Sales and Accounting Departments;
_the original Kyobashi office & warehouse is now completely dedicated to handling logistics and warehousing activities, thus consolidating within one single securitized structure the valuable and general cargo operations;
_the Narita airport office security has been upgraded, allowing us to perform in-house explosives examinations for all export shipments.
The local reorganisation effort brings about a full in-house management of import/export flows, as well as enhanced performances in terms of lead times and service support for our Customers.
2021 has been an important year for Ferrari Group in Japan also with regards to Licenses, Accreditations & Certifications, allowing the Group to acquire the following:
1) Bonded warehouse licence acquisition
2) IATA accreditation
3) Explosive test authorised agent certification.
