CHIEF ACCOUNTANT <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Chief Accountant is responsible for overseeing the full accounting function of Ferrari Logistics Vietnam, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, statutory compliance, and effective internal controls. This role requires a legally qualified Chief Accountant capable of taking full responsibility for the company’s accounting records under Vietnamese law, and who is proficient in operating and maintaining accounting processes within SAP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Responsibilities & Duties<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Take legal responsibility as the company’s appointed Chief Accountant (K\u1ebf to\u00e1n tr\u01b0\u1edfng) in accordance with the Vietnamese Law on Accounting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Oversee and manage the full cycle of accounting operations: general ledger, accounts payable\/receivable, fixed assets, cash flow, and bank reconciliation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and, where applicable, group reporting standards (IFRS).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Ensure timely and accurate tax declaration, filing, and payment (VAT, CIT, PIT, FCT) in compliance with current Vietnamese tax regulations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Manage and maintain the company’s accounting system in SAP, including chart of accounts, month-end\/year-end closing processes, and system-generated reports.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Coordinate with internal departments (Operations, HR, Sales) to ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions in SAP.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and banks; support statutory audits and tax inspections.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Develop, implement, and monitor internal control procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure accounting accuracy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. Provide financial analysis, budgeting support, and cash flow forecasting to support management decision-making.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  10. Keep up to date with changes in Vietnamese accounting, tax, and finance regulations, and advise management accordingly.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Desired Skills & Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Auditing, or Finance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Chief Accountant Certificate (Ch\u1ee9ng ch\u1ec9 b\u1ed3i d\u01b0\u1ee1ng K\u1ebf to\u00e1n tr\u01b0\u1edfng) issued by an authorized training institution \u2014 mandatory, in accordance with Vietnamese regulations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Minimum 5\u20137 years of accounting experience, of which at least 2\u20133 years in a Chief Accountant or accounting management role.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Proven working experience with SAP accounting\/ERP modules (e.g., FI\/CO) \u2014 able to independently operate, troubleshoot, and generate reports within SAP.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Strong knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS), tax regulations, and statutory reporting requirements; knowledge of IFRS is an advantage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Experience working with foreign-invested enterprises (FDI) or multinational company structures is a strong advantage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Good command of English (both written and spoken) for group reporting and communication with overseas offices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail and integrity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Ability to work independently under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
