We are proud to share with our Clients, Partners, and Colleagues that Ferrari Group has been recognized by DELOITTE PRIVATE with the 2024 BEST MANAGED COMPANY AWARD, marking the fourth consecutive year we’ve received this prestigious title.

Evaluated on the parameters of “Strategy”, “Skills and Innovation”, “Commitment and Corporate Culture”, “Governance and Performance Measurement”, “Corporate Social Responsibility”, “Internationalization and Supply Chain”, this year’s awarded companies were selected by a jury of experts composed of: Marta Testi, CEO of ELITE-Euronext Group; Fabio Antoldi, Professor of Corporate Strategy and Entrepreneurship at the Faculty of Economics and Law at Milan’s Università Cattolica and Renato Goretta, Vice President of Piccola Industria Confindustria.

Ernesto Lanzillo, Deloitte Partner and Leader of Deloitte Private in the Central Mediterranean area (Italy, Greece and Malta), commented: “This seventh edition also bears witness to the presence of excellent entrepreneurial realities in our country. Through the analysis of the parameters that characterize the Award and that are crucial for the management of a company, we have awarded 67 companies that represent the excellence of our productive fabric. In addition to a solid base of awarded companies that were already part of this multi-year growth path, demonstrating how this award enhances virtuous business management over time, new high-profile companies have been added. In fact, over a fifth of the awardees are companies that joined the program this year, by virtue of their solid and ambitious management capacity”.

Andrea Restelli, Partner of Deloitte and Italy manager of the Best Managed Companies program, concluded: “The evaluation parameters designed and adopted by Deloitte experts and the jury, which led to the awarding of the 67 Italian companies for their managerial skills, are elements that we believe are fundamental for companies that operate in a complex scenario such as the current one. In a historical phase in which the affirmation of new technologies is shaping new horizons and new business opportunities, organizations must be able to have a leadership that is prepared and attentive to these new trends, as well as the ability to adapt and model their structure in light of the new priorities”, he concludes.
