They will be in charge of arranging export shipments and customs brokerage of high value goods based on our clients\u2019 requirements.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Plan and manage air freight shipments according to customer needs<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Issue MAWB &amp; HAWB\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prepare and submit customs documentation, including export declarations, export licenses and CITES<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Communicate with clients and internal teams to provide updates on shipment status and resolve any issues that may arise<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Support other members of the export team as needed to ensure smooth operations<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Update shipping files\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Liaise with airlines in a professional manner in order to meet operational requirements and maintain up-to-date schedule information and shipment status reports<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ensure all quality controls procedures are updated and adhered to<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Requirements:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2 years previous experience in freight forwarding \/ logistics is a must, preferably specialised in the movement of high value goods<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Possess a positive and professional customer focus and can-do attitude<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Good organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Works well under pressure and is able to multitask in a fast paced setting<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Knowledge of customs regulations and export procedures required<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Knowledge of AS400\/SAP\/MS Office is preferable<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Knowledge of CDS for customs purposes is desirable<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">English language required<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Italian \/ French language is preferable<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No criminal convictions \u2013 subject to full DBS check<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>TERMS &amp; PACKAGE:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Full time, permanent contract<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Competitive Salary<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">100% office based<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">22 Days holiday \/ calendar year + Bank holidays<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>AT FERRARI GROUP, WE BUILD RELATIONSHIPS<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Ferrari Group the one-stop service provider in international freight forwarding and logistics solutions for jewelry and luxury goods.
