This role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, managing vendor relationships (Security, Customs, Transportation), and ensuring 100% compliance with both Ferrari Group global standards and Vietnamese local regulations<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Responsibilities &amp; Duties<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Operational Leadership<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage and oversee end-to-end logistics operations, including import\/export shipments, air freight, sea freight, customs clearance, first &amp; last mile transportation for high-value and sensitive cargo movements (luxury goods, diamonds, jewelry, watches, fashion, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop, implement, and continuously improve SOPs to optimize operational performance, service quality, and compliance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain strict control over documentation accuracy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor shipment KPIs, service delivery timelines, and operational efficiency metrics.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage vendor and subcontractor compliance with service and security requirements<strong>.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Team Management<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead, coach, and develop an operations team<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Set performance objectives, conduct evaluations, and support employee growth.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Foster a culture of accountability, work ownership, collaboration, and service excellence.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Client &amp; Stakeholder Management<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, customs authorities, airlines, vendors, and internal regional teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support key accounts with operational strategy, escalation management, and service improvements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Regional Management to align operational execution with business goals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Financial &amp; Performance Management<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Control operational costs, budgeting, and resource allocation while maximizing profitability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analyse operational reports and identify opportunities for cost savings and process efficiency.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support invoice validation, vendor negotiations, and service profitability reviews.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Desired Skills &amp; Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Diploma or Bachelor\u2019s degree in <strong>Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or related field.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimum <strong>7\u201310 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain operations<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At least <strong>3\u20135 years in a managerial role within logistics or transportation<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong knowledge of Vietnam customs regulations, import\/export procedures, and compliance standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in high-value, or secure logistics operations is highly preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven leadership and people management capabilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent problem-solving, crisis management, and decision-making skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong proficiency in operational systems, Microsoft Office, and reporting tools.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fluent in English and Vietnamese.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What We Offer<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Opportunity to work in a premium international logistics group, with iconic luxury global brands.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Professional, dynamic and international working environment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Career development and training opportunities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Competitive salary and benefits, based on experience and performance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Company Laptop, Phone, Taxi Allowance, Full Insurance per local regulation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>AT FERRARI GROUP, WE BUILD RELATIONSHIPS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ferrari Group the one-stop service provider in international freight forwarding and logistics solutions for jewelry and luxury goods.&nbsp; Ferrari Group firmly believes that the key to winning the hearts of clients lies in \u201cadding value\u201d: the company places a very strong emphasis on high service quality, flexibility, timeliness, responsiveness and accurate solutions to customers\u2019 needs.
