This year, we are proud to mark a significant milestone: the 10th anniversary of the creation of our Holding company in London, established on March 9, 2016.

A global pulse with Italian roots – The decision to relocate our headquarters to London in 2016 was a natural step, mirroring the global footprint of the prestigious brands we serve. It allowed us to bridge the gap between our heritage in Piedmont and the financial centers of the world. Since then, we have undergone a sophisticated reorganisation, culminating in our 2022 transition to a public limited company. This move wasn’t just about structure; it was about creating a single, agile management body to ensure the highest standards of care for our clients worldwide. 

A forward-thinking holding company organisation  – At the heart of our network, Ferrari Group PLC is the high-performing holding company that centralises our strategy and governance. By establishing our group headquarters in London, we have created a sophisticated operational model built on several key pillars:

• Advanced governance and strategic leadership: our governance framework is designed to provide robust oversight while maintaining high-level efficiency. The Board of Directors serves as the principal decision-making body for strategic and financial matters, with a focus on sustainable, long-term value creation. To ensure balanced oversight, the Board is composed of four Executive Directors and four independent Non-Executive Directors, bringing a diverse range of expertise and impartial supervision. The Board concentrates on high-level strategy and comprehensive risk management, while our six-member Executive Management Team is responsible for all operating decisions, keeping the company agile and responsive to market shifts.
• Core organisational pillars: London serves as the primary hub for five critical departments: Finance, Legal and Compliance, Tax, ESG, and ITC. This ensures uniform excellence and standardised quality across all global subsidiaries. 
• Global legal structure: our headquarters operate under the laws of England and Wales, providing a transparent and predictable legal framework for all our partners and stakeholders.
• Strategic proximity: our London location provides unique proximity to both the Lloyd’s insurance market and international finance, allowing for sophisticated risk management and direct access to global capital markets.
• Creating sustainable value: in recent years, we’ve invested in pioneering ESG leadership and setting ambitious targets that align seamlessly with our clients‘ sustainability goals. As partners beyond operations, we ensure we’re not just fit for purpose today, but built to lead the future. 

Ambitious evolution: going public – Our IPO on the Amsterdam Euronext on February 13, 2025, marked a defining milestone for the company – one achieved through a solid underlying strategy and a deep sense of purpose. While reaching this stage was demanding, the magnitude of the accomplishment is a significant source of pride for our entire team. By entering the capital markets, we have elevated our brand awareness on a global stage and secured attractiveness for future talent hiring.

A decade of strategic growth – Over the last ten years, our London-based leadership has overseen a period of unprecedented expansion:

• Strengthening APAC: we acquired full control of our joint ventures in China, Malaysia, and Taiwan, providing seamless on-the-ground logistics across the region.
• New frontiers: from strategic hubs in Dubai and Qatar to new offices in Botswana, Australia, and Vietnam, we continue to grow where our clients need us most.

Our foundation for the future  – Today, coordinated by our London-based holding company, we offer a full-service consultancy and logistics model that helps our clients manage the world’s most precious assets.
