Per rafforzare il nostro team, siamo alla ricerca di una nuova risorsa da inserire nell’area del trasporto valori, assumendo un ruolo chiave nella sicurezza durante le operazioni di ritiro, consegna e scorta, nel pieno rispetto delle procedure e degli standard aziendali.

All’interno del team, sarà inoltre possibile seguire un percorso di formazione interna continua, finalizzato a sviluppare competenze solide e crescere professionalmente. La posizione offre anche l’opportunità di partecipare a eventi e fiere in Italia e all’estero, arricchendo l’esperienza professionale e personale. Si precisa inoltre che il servizio non è legato ad appalti, garantendo così maggiore stabilità e continuità lavorativa.

Orario di lavoro:

  • Orario: diurno, full-time
  • Turni: 5 giorni lavorativi (dal lunedì al venerdì) + 2 di riposo.

Ruolo:

  • Esecuzione dei servizi di trasporto valori in conformità con le normative vigenti;
  • Compilazione e gestione della documentazione di servizio;
  • Utilizzo dei sistemi di comunicazione e sicurezza a bordo dei mezzi blindati;
  • Collaborazione con il team operativo.

Requisiti Essenziali:

  • Patente di guida: categoria B, gradita ma non indispensabile la C;
  • Motivazione e interesse verso il settore della sicurezza e della vigilanza.

Requisiti preferenziali:

  • Titolo di studio: Diploma di scuola superiore;
  • Lingua inglese: conoscenza base;
  • Titoli: Titolo di Guardia Particolare Giurata in corso di validità;
  • Competenze: Buona conoscenza delle procedure di sicurezza e delle normative di settore.
  • Esperienza pregressa: almeno un anno in ruoli analoghi, preferibilmente presso Istituti di Vigilanza, aziende di Logistica o contesti affini;

Benefit:

  • Inserimento in un contesto strutturato, dinamico e internazionale;

  • RAL (Retribuzione Annua Lorda): €19.000 - €23.000. La retribuzione sarà commisurata all’esperienza e alle competenze del candidato;
  • Applicazione del CCNL Vigilanza Privata, comprensivo di tredicesima e quattordicesima mensilità, con inquadramento a partire dal 4° livello per le Guardie Giurate già decretate e in possesso di titoli attivi e in corso di validità.
  • In caso di prima nomina, assunzione con la mansione di Addetto/a al Caveau, in attesa del conferimento della qualifica di Guardia Particolare Giurata.
  • Buoni pasto dal valore di 7,00 Euro per ogni giorno lavorato;
  • Erogazione dei benefici del welfare aziendale al termine del primo anno di servizio.

GPG Addetto/a alla Centrale Operativa

La risorsa sarà inserita nel ruolo di Guardia Particolare Giurata (GPG) presso la Centrale Operativa, occupandosi della gestione e del coordinamento dei servizi di sicurezza, in un contesto dinamico e stimolante.

Si richiede disponibilità alla turnazione, con giornate di lavoro anche sabato e domenica, attitudine all’apprendimento e capacità di gestire situazioni operative complesse.

La posizione include i seguenti compiti:

  • Coordinamento e gestione della flotta di veicoli blindati, pianificando interventi e spostamenti sul territorio;
  • Gestione delle comunicazioni radio con pattuglie e personale operativo;
  • Organizzazione e supervisione delle risorse, assicurando la corretta assegnazione dei compiti;
  • Registrazione e aggiornamento delle notifiche di entrata/uscita mezzi e allarmi sui sistemi IT aziendali;
  • Utilizzo e gestione del software SICEP per monitoraggio, controllo e reporting operativo.

Requisiti essenziali:

  • Titolo di studio: Diploma di scuola superiore;
  • Lingua inglese: conoscenza base;
  • Patente di guida: categoria B;
  • Conoscenze informatiche: gradita esperienza pregressa su sistemi AS400, MS Office Excel, suite Google For Work;
  • Esperienza pregressa: almeno un anno nella mansione presso Istituti di Vigilanza o contesti analoghi;
  • Titolo di Guardia Particolare Giurata in corso di validità;
  • Buona conoscenza delle procedure di sicurezza e delle normative di settore.

Responsibilities:
  • Handling day to day customer enquiries, order takings, in-house system data entry

SALES & CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST

The Sales & Customer Service Executive is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing high-profile clients, proactively identifying new business opportunities within the Vietnamese luxury market, and providing professional customer service throughout the logistics process.

This role requires solid industry experience, strong coordination skills, and the ability to handle customers with minimal supervision.

Sales Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new customers for logistics services (domestic and/or international transportation, freight forwarding for high value goods – diamonds, jewellery, watches… ).
  • Prepare quotations, Follow up on leads, customer inquiries, and sales opportunities.
  • Conducting sales calls and client visits to drive business growth.
  • Maintain and grow long-term relationships with existing clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.

Customer Service Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for customers from booking to shipment completion.
  • Coordinate with operations and vendors to ensure smooth shipments.
  • Provide timely updates on shipment status, delays, or issues.
  • Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally.

  • Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented mind set
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication skills in Vietnamese and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate and manage day-to-day logistics operations, including import/export shipments, customs clearance, transportation, and deliveries, specifically focusing on VALUABLE cargo arriving via air freight.
  • Prepare, review, and follow up on shipping documentations in compliance with local regulations and company procedures, including but not limit to Invoice, Sales Contract, state quality inspection, CITES permit,…

Warehouse Manager (Luxury Goods Logistics)

  • Operational Excellence: Strategically manage the warehouse to ensure peak efficiency in all receiving, handling, storing, picking, and packing activities, upholding the exceptional quality and care that luxury goods demand.
  • Inventory and Quality Control: Achieve and maintain impeccable inventory accuracy through rigorous cycle counts, regular audits, and reconciliation with our in-house Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Implement stringent quality assurance procedures to prevent damage, shrinkage, and errors in order fulfillment.
  • Security and Compliance: Establish and enforce comprehensive security procedures and protocols for high-value items to prevent loss or theft. Ensure full compliance with all health, safety, and security regulations and legislation.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate the warehouse team, fostering a culture of accountability, precision, and continuous improvement. Plan work routes and assign tasks to maximize efficiency and meet performance goals.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Experience: Proven work experience (minimum 5-7 years, with 2-5 years in a management/supervisory role) as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar high-end logistics environment, preferably with valuable goods.
  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Software and databases, along with strong computer literacy (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a team in a demanding environment.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise effectively with all levels of staff, clients, and external partners.
  • Compliance: In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation.

Descrizione del ruolo:

La risorsa selezionata entrerà a far parte di un team QHSE già strutturato, con il compito di affiancare il Responsabile di funzione nella gestione, implementazione e monitoraggio dei sistemi di Qualità, Salute, Sicurezza e Ambiente. Nel tempo, acquisirà crescente autonomia nella gestione e nel supporto di tali sistemi, per la sede centrale e le filiali operative sul territorio nazionale.

Il/la candidato/a ideale è comunicativo/a, proattivo/a e analitico/a, con spiccata attitudine al problem solving, forte orientamento al lavoro sul campo e alla collaborazione con i team operativi.   • Sicurezza e Ambiente (HSE):
    • Monitorare e assicurare la conformità normativa (D.Lgs. 81/08 e TUA 152/06).

    • Identificare, analizzare e valutare i rischi (es. movimentazione merci, carrelli elevatori, imballaggio, trasporto).
    • Aggiornare la documentazione e i registri HSE (DVR, DUVRI, procedure operative, piani di emergenza) in collaborazione con l'RSPP e medico competente.
    • Gestire gli adempimenti ambientali (rifiuti, emissioni, rumore, consumi energetici).
    • Gestire incidenti, near-miss e non conformità, definendo e monitorando le azioni correttive e preventive.
    • Verificare l’assegnazione, l'adeguatezza e l'utilizzo corretto dei DPI.
    • Aggiornare lo scadenziario aziendale con il tool EASYPRO.
    • Collaborare con il TEAM ESG alla redazione del bilancio annuale
  • Qualità e Sistemi di Gestione:
    • Supportare l'ottenimento e il mantenimento delle certificazioni ISO 9001, ISO 45001 e ISO 14001.
    • Gestire le non conformità relative alla qualità dei processi e dei servizi.
    • Collaborare con i reparti operativi per la definizione e standardizzazione di procedure e istruzioni di lavoro.
    • Implementare, monitorare e analizzare i KPI principali, condividendone i risultati con i reparti interessati e proponendo miglioramenti.
  • Formazione, Comunicazione e Strategia:
    • Coordinare e realizzare la formazione/sensibilizzazione QHSE per il personale operativo.
    • Individuare i fabbisogni formativi in collaborazione con HR e sviluppare un piano di comunicazione efficace.
    • Collaborare alla redazione di documentazione e comunicazioni interne/esterne, incluso il Modello di Organizzazione, Gestione e Controllo (MOGC).
    • Partecipare a incontri strategici con i vertici aziendali per definire strategie QHSE e proporre soluzioni.
  • Facility e Fornitori:
    • Gestire il parco fornitori di facility (contratti, performance) per garantire l'efficienza, la sicurezza e la conformità degli ambienti di lavoro.
    • Monitorare fornitori e partner per garantire il rispetto degli standard QHSE.

Requisiti essenziali:

  • Formazione: Laurea in Ingegneria (Sicurezza, Ambientale, Gestionale) o discipline tecniche affini.

AIR IMPORT OPERATION

We are looking for a dynamic airfreight import operative to join our team in London Heathrow. They will be in charge of arranging import clearances and deliveries of high value goods based on clients’ instructions.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Plan and manage inbound shipments according to customers’ needs
  • Prepare and submit customs documentation, including import declarations, import CITES
  • Communicate with clients and internal teams to provide updates on shipment status and resolve any issues that may arise
