OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE
The Operations Executive is responsible for coordinating and executing daily logistics operations, ensuring smooth handling of shipments, customs clearance, transportation, and related services.
The role requires strong operational control, attention to detail, security awareness, expertise in customs compliance and close coordination with internal teams, vendors, and clients to deliver high-quality, timely, and compliant logistics solutions.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Coordinate and manage day-to-day logistics operations, including import/export shipments, customs clearance, transportation, and deliveries, specifically focusing on VALUABLE cargo arriving via air freight.
- Prepare, review, and follow up on shipping documentations in compliance with local regulations and company procedures, including but not limit to Invoice, Sales Contract, state quality inspection, CITES permit,…
- Liaise with Clients, Courier, Airport Terminals (SCSC, TCS, ALSC, ACSV, NCTS), Security vendors and Ferrari Branches over the world to ensure smooth operations and shipment movement.
- Monitor shipment status, proactively handle issues, and ensure on-time clearance and delivery.
- Oversee the vendors’ activities, make sure they adherence to the company’s security and handling SOP.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, finance, management) to ensure accurate operational execution and billing support.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and operational data in company systems.
- Provide timely updates and professional communication to clients regarding shipment status and operational matters.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in logistics operations, freight forwarding, or customs clearance.
- Good understanding of import/export procedures and customs regulations in Vietnam.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
- Good communication skills in Vietnamese and English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with VNACCS Customs Software is an advantage.
- Possess a positive and professional customer focus and can-do attitude, reliability, and strong sense of responsibility.
