OPERATIVO EXPORT AEREO
La posizione include i seguenti compiti:
- Gestione, con autonomia crescente, delle spedizioni aeree export, dalla presa in carico alla consegna finale
- Preparazione ed emissioni della documentazione di spedizione necessaria (operatività su AS400)
- Gestione prenotazioni e risoluzione problematiche spedizioni tramite contatto con compagnie aeree
- Gestioni delle comunicazioni con le filiali estere del gruppo per tutte le spedizioni in corso
Requisiti richiesti:
- Conoscenza lingue: Indispensabile conoscenza della lingua inglese, gradita una seconda lingua
- Esperienze lavorative: Gradita precedente (anche breve) esperienza in ambito spedizioni, indispensabile l’interesse per il settore e le relative tecnicità.
- Titolo di studio: Diploma
- Conoscenze informatiche: gradita esperienza pregressa su sistemi AS400 e conoscenza MS Office (Excel, Word)
Competenze ricercate:
- Familiarità con software gestionali
- Disponibile a flessibilità oraria e a eventuali trasferte in Italia e all’estero
- Ottime capacità organizzative e di problem solving
- Attitudine a mantenere una condotta professionale conforme all’etica aziendale

BUSINESS DEVELOPENT MANAGER
Main Responsibilities:- Full ownership on Diamond & Jewellery Sales & Customer Service Department
- Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends in the freight forwarding industry, particularly in the Jewellery, Diamond and Commodities sectors.
- Business Development:
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and suppliers.
- Client Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for major clients, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor client satisfaction and work to improve service delivery and customer experience.
- Strategic Planning:
- Develop and manage a strategic business plan to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Reporting and Analytics:

- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on business development activities and outcomes.
- Participating in Regional Jewellery Exhibitions (ie Hong Kong, Malaysia, Dubai, Sharjah)
- Travelling as and when required for overseas business trips and events.
- Any other related functions to shipments co-ordination and ad-hoc duties.
- Degree in Business/ Supply Chain/ Logistics or equivalent.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a business development or sales
- Knowledge in Freight Forwarding / Logistics Industry a plus but not a must.
- Strong understanding of international shipping, Incoterms, customs regulations, and logistics solutions a plus but not a must.
- Successful track record of surpassing revenue milestones
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and people management skills.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Ability to work independently and manage time and priorities effectively.

- Ricezione e scarico delle merci in arrivo, verificando la conformità con la documentazione.
- Prelievo (picking) degli articoli in base agli ordini di produzione o di spedizione, seguito da imballaggio e preparazione della merce per la spedizione (packing).
- Etichettatura e gestione della documentazione relativa alla movimentazione delle merci.
- Utilizzo di attrezzature di magazzino ( carrello elevatore) nel rispetto delle norme di sicurezza.
- Conoscenza lingue: Conoscenza base Inglese

SALES & CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities- Identifying and acquiring new business opportunities while nurturing and expanding existing accounts.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Conducting sales calls and client visits to drive business growth.
- Engaging with potential customers and preparing tailored quotations and proposals.
- Managing daily customer inquiries, processing orders, and handling in-house system data entry.
- Maintaining regular communication with clients to strengthen relationships and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Actively promoting company services and participating in sales and marketing activities.
- Keeping customers informed about company updates, new products, pricing, policies, and operational changes.
- Compiling and presenting weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Researching and analyzing market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities.
- Monitoring and analyzing data to track performance and market trends.
- Assisting in the preparation of periodic KPI reports.
- Collaborating with operations teams to ensure efficient and timely service delivery.

- Prenotazione del trasporto con le compagnie aeree
- Preventivazione per i clienti
- Evasione pratiche doganali import/export (regimi: carnet ATA e ammissione temporanea, definitiva, regime di deposito DDA)
- Redazione dei documenti ufficiali e gestione delle comunicazioni con Uffici doganali, Camera di Commercio e CMP per pratiche import/export/dichiarazioni di origine
- Monitoraggio delle spedizioni e comunicazione con i clienti
- Coordinamento delle spedizioni con i referenti interni, i vettori e i nostri agenti
- Gestione delle controversie e reclami dei clienti
- Contatto con spedizionieri e negoziazione delle tariffe
- Tassazione delle spedizioni
- Diploma di spedizioniere o formazione equivalente
- Esperienza comprovata di almeno 3 anni nel settore del trasporto
- Buona conoscenza del traffico export aereo e, più in generale, dei trasporti internazionali, degli Incoterms (R)
- Conoscenza tariffa doganale e leggi accessorie
- Dichiarante Doganale APF
- Lingua madre italiano, buona conoscenza orale e scritta dell'inglese (francese, un plus)
- Ottime conoscenze informatiche (MS Office, AS400, ecc…)
- Buona presentazione, buona comunicazione

- Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency and minimize inventory discrepancies.
