Strengthening our presence in Macau: launch of new office and facility in December 2025

We are pleased to announce the opening of our new Macau office and facility, which has begun serving the market from December 2025 at Kin Heng Long Square. This strategic evolution significantly strengthens our presence in the region and enhances our ability to support the needs of customers operating between Hong Kong and Macau.

The new Macau office is established as a central hub to optimize service flows between Hong Kong and Macau, improving proximity to our customers and reducing last-mile distances to deliver faster, more efficient solutions. It enables us to expand our end-to-end service offerings, provide superior support to our business-to-business (B2B) clients, and extend our reach into the rapidly growing business-to-consumer (B2C) segment.

This opening enhanced us to attract and retain talent, elevate our brand image, foster innovation and growth, and create new opportunities for collaboration within the local and cross-border markets.

For both new and existing customers, the Macau facility introduces a number of important improvements, including localized customer service and a dedicated point of contact for enquiries. We are broadening our local market presence with more tailored, on-the-ground support, increasing service flexibility and operational efficiency, and offering suitable storage solutions that further strengthen our core business and service presence in Macau.

In line with these goals, the new premises feature a dedicated viewing room, enhanced storage services, a service enquiry counter, and a secure goods handover zone to support high-value and sensitive transactions. These additions respond directly to customer expectations for comprehensive, end-to-end solutions, robust business continuity planning, diversified service options, secure tools and infrastructure, strong tracking and tracing capabilities, and clear, local points of interface.
