2030 U.N. AGENDA - OUR COMMITMENT

The 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are part of the global agenda set by the United Nations to be achieved by 2030, aiming to end poverty, protect the planet, and ensure prosperity for all by addressing key areas such as education, health, equality, and sustainability.

Each macro-area of the Sustainability Plan of Ferrari Group is linked to specific SDGs that the company has the ambition to directly impact on.

In particular, the Plan contributes to the achievement of 9 of the 17 SDGs defined, linked to the 3 Pillars that represent the main macro-areas on which Ferrari has planned to impact thanks to the definition of specific commitments and objectives: environmental, social and governance.

ENVIRONMENTAL

Reduction of environmental impacts, in terms of energy consumption and waste generated, through structures’ monitoring and efficiency increase. Obtainment of environmental certifications, formalization of procedures and implementation of digitized systems aimed at reducing paper usage.

• Enhancement of paperless and dematerialization within the organization;
• Enhancement of the sustainability and environmental impact of the Group’s premises worldwide;
• Improvement of the environmental management system within the Group;
• Reduction of carbon footprint and emissions.

SOCIAL

Investments in well-being, diversity and inclusion, employees‘ health and safety with the aim to attract and retaining talent.

• Enhancement of the health and safety of the employees in the workplace.

GOVERNANCE

Foster a corporate culture aimed to promote ethical behavior, with respect of people and shared norms of behavior, and reduce the risks related to potential corruption episodes.

OUR SUSTAINABILITY REPORT

The Ferrari Group performs Sustainability auditing and reporting yearly, and recognizes its responsibility to the environment beyond legal and regulatory requirements: our environmental policy is detailed yearly in our Corporate Sustainability report.

We receive the support and contributions of all our stakeholders to minimise our impact, while sustaining our employees’ wellbeing.

Ferrari Group made the pivotal decision to perform Sustainability reporting yearly back in 2019, in line with the company’s responsibility to constantly improve. Since then, we have further supported efforts aimed at a positive contribution to the world, complying with the highest ethical and environmental standards, while continuously growing our business worldwide.

2022 was another challenging year, with several crisis fronts globally, yet we managed to considerably increase our performance and efficiency. The 2022 Sustainability Report edition spotlights the Ferrari Group’s comprehensive CO2 measurement programme; in addition, it features a number of ESG initiatives, while detailing the Group’s commitment to both climate action and inclusion & diversity.

TREEDOM

We are proud to announce our new partnership with Treedom, in order to create the Ferrari Group Forest: Treedom will plant 3000 new fruit and forest trees over the course of 3 years, starting from 2023, with the support of Ferrari Group

We are proud to share with our Clients, Partners and Colleagues that the Ferrari Group has been selected by Deloitte Private as one of the Best Managed Companies 2023 for the third consecutive year

ECOVADIS

In June 2023, Ferrari Group was honored with the Bronze Medal by EcoVadis, reflecting the company’s dedication to ethical business practices and sustainable operations.

From 2023 we maintain an active presence on IntegrityNext, a platform where our Sustainability Profile is readily available for individuals to explore. This enables us to showcase our commitment to responsible corporate practices and our dedication to sustainability initiatives.
